We politely request that you allow 2 full working days when requesting your repeat medication. If you have an acute item that you order infrequently, you can still request this if you have signed up for online services, we just ask the you add a message to your request so that the GP know's why you are requesting the medication again.
If you run out of your repeat medication, please call and speak to the reception team so that we can help with your request. Alternatively you can post a written request into the prescriptions box outside the surgery, but mark it as urgent please. If you're going away on holiday and need a longer supply of medication, please let us know and we can ask the GP or pharmacist to arrange this for you.
